By designing intricate and uniquely personal cakes for customers, my aim is to turn cake into a gift of celebration. A way to excite, amuse and “wow” the recipient as they see everything they love represented in cake form – before taking the first bite and realising that the taste is every bit as good as the appearance.
From Milan to London’s Maida Vale, my personal journey has been a long one, through the world of culinary chic at Michelin-starred restaurants to a personal passion for sugar art that has shaped my reputation in cake excellence over the last 16 years.
